- Availability Pages – this is a major benefit over the basic website as it gives an “at a glance” view of your current bookings and availability. This page is extremely useful to prospective customers and reduces the number of enquiry calls you receive. If you have more than one property to rent, then each one will have it’s own availability page per calendar year
- Booking Form – another major benefit over the basic website, as these can be sent electronically (attached to an email) or printed and posted. An excellent way of gathering data about your customers and can be interfaced with a database such as Microsoft Access
- Form Validation – checks that the required fields have been completed correctly on the Booking Form
- Form Confirmation - confirms to the customer that their enquiry has been sent to you and that you will respond
