About Alayne:
Alayne obtained
a HND in Computer Studies from Birmingham Polytechnic in June 1981, she
then worked for a large worldwide oil company in their IT department in
Swindon until December 1992.
Alayne set up her own Computer Services company in February 1993; it is called
Alayne has recently completed studying for a CIW-Masters qualification
(Certified Internet Webmasters).
In July 2002 she took the CIW-Associate exam and passed with an overall
grade of 90% across all subjects and scoring a fantastic 100% in the HTML
Programming exam.
In May 2003 she took the CIW-Professional exam and passed with an overall
grade of 87% across all subjects.
And in July 2003 she took her final CIW-Master Designer exam and passed
all subjects. This gives her the official titles of both 'Web
Master' and 'E-Commerce Designer'.
Whilst studying, she has actively been looking for contract work creating
websites and giving One-to-One PC Training. The Robayne Holidays
website was her first live one followed by the Shaw Vet Centre
website, and then the S P Villas site. Since these she has written
